PRIVACY POLICY

How do we process your personal information?

When you shop from an online store, ours or any other, you provide us with information about yourself such as where you live, your email address and what you buy.

Information management

We collect as little information as possible. We need to know your address in order to send the goods to your home.

If you want to order against an invoice, our partner Klarna must have your social security number. Only then can you get your goods sent home against invoice.

When you pay by card, you are required to provide your credit card number. This is done via a secure server, and Klarna handles card payments via us.

Furthermore, we need to know which products you order so that we can send them to you together with our partner DHL. We also need your e-mail address to be able to contact you with delivery notices, changed information, etc.

What systems does your data end up in?

When you shop with us, your order goes through several steps so that we can process and send your goods to you:

Liljeholmens.se

We use a database where our products, our pages of text, and everything else (including this page) you see in the webshop are collected. When you place an order with liljeholmens.se, you do so in this system.

The database only stores the information for us but does not process it in any way without our permission and we request it.

The order contains information about the products you bought from us, how you paid (but no information about credit cards, social security numbers or similar), the address we should send the goods to, e-mail address and telephone number.

You will be notified by email that we have received your order and when we have dispatched your order.

Klarna

When you get to the checkout, you need to pay for your goods. There, you can choose between several different payment methods. Depending on the payment method you choose, you will then receive information about the payment from our partner Klarna.

Contact Klarna if you have questions about how they process your information.

Your customer emails

We delete incoming emails no later than 6 months after we receive them.

Data protection officer at LILJEHOLMENS?

At Liljeholmens, we have a data protection officer who is responsible for ensuring that all employees are aware of how we process information.

If you want to get in touch, email dataskydd@liljeholmens.se.

Why do we save information?

We save information for technical accounting reasons. We need to be able to report data to the tax authorities.

Cookies are used

We use cookies. We do this to be able to store your items in your shopping cart.

We also use Google's service "Google Analytics." This service also uses cookies. You can read more about what this means for you here.

Information to other actors

Otherwise, we never disclose your information to anyone else. Exceptions are made if, for some reason, we are forced by law or court order.
