Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB's terms of purchase are adapted for distance selling. As a business customer/retailer, you accept our Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery in connection with your order in our online store.

Products
The product images shown on liljeholmens.se shall reproduce the product's color and other properties in as realistic a way as possible. Since color reproduction can vary depending on the type of monitor you as a customer use, Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB cannot guarantee that the colors of the products in reality exactly reflect the colors you can experience on your monitor.

Applicable safety regulations can be found on the product packaging.

Order
At liljeholmens.se you can order our candles easily and conveniently. We offer secure payment options and safe deliveries. As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.

We only deliver to business addresses, not residential addresses and only unopened retail packaging (whole cartons).

To shop at liljeholmens.se you must be at least 18 years old.

Prices and fees
The prices listed on liljeholmens.se include packing and packaging fees, handling costs, invoicing fees and pallet fees including 25% VAT. If you want to see the prices without VAT - press the arrow in the top left of the page header in the online store and choose to show prices without VAT. VAT will be shown in the summary of all costs before you complete the purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice in the event of extreme changes in currency and/or raw material prices.

We do not charge shipping on order values over 7 000 SEK (excl. VAT). For order values up to 6 999 SEK (excl. VAT), a shipping cost of 400 SEK (excl. VAT) will be added.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors, including incorrectly priced goods.

Payment logged in corporate customers
Liljeholmens uses Klarna Checkout, Card and direct payment and Swish for corporate customers.

Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to provide to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly in Klarna Checkout but when necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. After you have been identified, Klarna Checkout shows you which options are available for your business.

Klarna's invoice is sent out via email in connection with the order being sent from us. The invoice has a due date of 30 days.

Card and direct payment
Liljeholmens cooperates with Payson for card and direct payment. When paying by card, you will be linked to the payment page after you have confirmed your order. Enter the card number, the card's validity period and the card's CVC code. The CVC code is the last three digits of the signature field on the back of the card.

Card payments use 3D Secure, a security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments over the Internet.
The transfer is made using secure SSL encryption, which means that no unauthorized person can see your card details. The amount will be deducted directly from your account when you authorize the transaction.

Delivery
Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB cooperates with DHL in the delivery of your ordered goods.

Delivery generally takes place 4-5 working days after placing the order. At the time of ordering, the telephone number for delivery notification must always be stated. If there is no person on site at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to invoice for any additional cost.

We reserve the right for any final sale of individual products.

Delivery is only within Sweden.

Transport liability, damage and complaints
If the delivery is not ok on arrival, note this on the consignment note (scanner) otherwise the complaint will not be accepted. In the event of a complaint, notify ebutiken@liljeholmens.se no later than 8 days after receiving the goods.

Right of withdrawal and complaints
If you are not completely satisfied with your ordered goods, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the goods to us within 14 days from the day you received them. Goods can only be returned after a written authorization - please contact ebutiken@liljeholmens.se for instructions. Goods should be returned in their original packaging.

If the goods are damaged or lost during a return to Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB, you as the sender are responsible. It is therefore important that you, in the event of a return, pack the shipment carefully and state the address clearly. In the event that you have packed or packaged products in a substandard manner so that damage occurs during transportation to Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB, you as a customer are responsible for the damage.

Refund of the cost of the returned goods (excluding the shipping fee) will be made within 20 days after we have received the goods back. In the event of a possible exercise of your right of withdrawal, you as a customer pay the return shipping cost.

Safety and security

• Do not leave candles unattended.
• Never leave children or animals alone with candles.
• Make sure that the candle is free and stable both on the base and in the candleholder.
• Think about where you place the candle, so that, for example, a curtain cannot be fluttered by wind or the elements or the candle is placed above a flammable material such as a sofa, TV or other electrical appliances.
• Don't place candles too close together - at least 7 cm should be left between two lit candles.
• Cut the wick to a height of about 1 cm before lighting it for the first time. This will prevent the candle from smouldering and dripping.
• Never blow out the candle - extinguish it by covering it with a candle extinguisher.
• Remember not to move your tea light when it is burning. There is a risk that the growth support holding the wick in place in the center of the holder will move, and this can cause the candle to get too hot and the flame to get higher. In this case, extinguish the candle by covering it with a pot lid, for example - do not try to blow out the candle.
• If you have to move the candle, extinguish it first, wait until the stearin has solidified and then move the candle.

Liability
Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB is only liable for damages to you that are covered by Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB's company insurance and provided that the insurer, where applicable, approves that a payment is made. Apart from such cases, liability is limited to the maximum amounts that constitute the purchase price of the item or items in question. Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB is not liable for indirect damages (the above shall not be deemed to limit Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB's liability under the Product Liability Act).

Intellectual property
All material published on liljeholmens.se, such as logos, texts and images are protected by intellectual property law. This means that the material may not be used without the permission of Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB.

Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure such as strikes, transport disruptions, import or export bans, staff illness or other circumstances beyond the control of Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB, it may occur that Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB cannot fulfill its obligations under these general terms and conditions during the time when force majeure prevails. If force majeure prevails for more than two months and Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB's obligations are postponed for more than two months as a result, you and/or Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB have the right to cancel the agreement without any sanctions.
